By making this non-refundable donation to SNA,
you are agreeing to the following:
Member Agreement
SNA is not a corporation, LLC, or similar entity. It is a Private Member Association, which is a lawful organization formed by people who unite for shared purposes, often involving private interactions, activities, or commerce. SNA is not open to the public. It is available only to private members. You must agree to the terms of this Member Agreement to become a member of SNA and access the educational courses and other services.
By joining SNA, a Private Member Association, and/or any website or social media account or group, created by, maintained by, or organized by SNA, I willingly agree to the following principles, terms, and conditions:
1. Shared Purpose: I understand that SNA is a community that values its shared commitment to truth, education, freedom, and liberty, and to adhering to the Constitution, the rule of law, being honorable and doing our part to restore our great Republic.
2. Un-a-LIEN-able Rights: I recognize that as members, we hold inherent rights bestowed upon us by our Creator. These encompass freedom of thought, speech, religion, and self-governance, in accordance with principles found in the Bible and the Constitution.
3. Private Domain: I agree to join SNA under common law and that I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. I affirm the right to conduct private business activities within the SNA community, in alignment with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and the Constitution, and that we as members are protected from external interference, as we operate in the private, outside the jurisdiction of the government. I further affirm that my activities (and the activities of other members) within SNA are private matters that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I agree that if I see or hear something I deem problematic, I will resolve the matter internally.
4. Freedom of Association: I exercise the freedom to associate with fellow members who offer counsel and advice rooted in the Constitution, the Bible, the law, faith, wisdom, and expertise across various matters.
5. Mutual Support: I pledge to provide support, wisdom, and assistance to fellow members, in harmony with the values of the SNA community.
6. Donations: I understand that a voluntary donation is required to join SNA. I acknowledge that my initial voluntary donation of $297 (or $497 if joining with a spouse or partner) makes me a lifetime member of SNA and gives me access to the flagship course, becoming a State National. Further, I acknowledge that after I become a State National, there are other courses and services available, and that some or all of them may require additional voluntary donations.
7. Not Tax-deductible: I agree and understand that voluntary donations to SNA are not tax-deductible, and I agree not attempt to claim these donations as tax write-offs.
8. Full Responsibility: I agree to take full responsibility for the use of this website and any resources therein. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to verify the accuracy, completeness, and applicability of any information shared by SNA or any member(s) of SNA. SNA, nor any of its founders, members, or affiliates make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information contained on this website.
9. No Legal or Tax Advice: Though SNA teaches many principles from the law, I acknowledge that SNA nor its founder are not lawyers, and do not offer legal advice, nor do they offer tax advice.
10. Disputes and Legal Action: Should I encounter a dispute, I agree to handle it internally, following Christian principles. I further agree that I will not pursue any legal action against SNA, its founder or a fellow member, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of SNA. Recognizing that SNA is safeguarded by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, it is established as beyond the purview and influence of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities with regard to grievances or complaints directed at Association members or its founder. All grievances or complaints will be resolved by a designated representative, committee, or tribunal within the Association, and the member hereby waives any right to external recourse for the collective advantage of SNA and its membership.
11. Agents of the Government: I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State, or Federal Agency whose purpose pertains to the regulation or approval of products or services, or the execution of enforcement, entrapment, or investigative activities.
12. Media Practitioners or "Independent Journalists": I acknowledge that if I am engaged in media or journalism, I will not become a member of SNA with the intention of representing myself as a journalist, sharing private experiences from SNA, or disclosing sensitive information to the media or the public. I am aware that individuals conducting journalistic research on our community are restricted from joining SNA. (However, they are welcome to contact us to arrange an interview with our founder.)
13. Withdrawal or Termination: I acknowledge that I retain the right to withdraw from and terminate this agreement within the association at any point. I am also aware that my member agreement can be revoked should I engage in behavior that is abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing towards any fellow member of SNA, or even if my interactions with fellow members is deemed to be contrary to the core focus, guiding principals and overall betterment of this Association.
14. Prohibition on Sales, Promotion, and Link Sharing: I commit to refraining from any form of promotion, sale, or link sharing for external products or services during my presence on the SNA website or its affiliated social media platforms.
15: Communication Consent: I consent to receiving texts, calls, and emails from SNA. I am aware that I have the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
16: SNA Donation Sharing: I am aware that SNA offers its members financial support through a unique donation-sharing initiative. In a manner akin to an affiliate program, when SNA members introduce others to our community (using the referral link they receive after they enroll in the donation sharing program), they are eligible to receive 30% of the initial donations contributed by the members they refer. I understand that all members will be invited to participate in this initiative, and that participation is voluntary. Further, I consent to have my donations shared with other members at the sole discretion of SNA.
17: Refunds/Disputes of Charges: I am fully aware that any contributions to SNA or its individual members are entirely voluntary and an expression of my own free choice, uncoerced and unobligated. I acknowledge that these contributions are non-reversible in nature. I am aware that once a donation is made, it is considered non-refundable. I am in agreement that, upon making a donation, I relinquish any right to request its return under any circumstance. I recognize that any dispute related to charges, regardless of the reason, will serve as an immediate nullification of this agreement. In such instances, I understand that I will be subject to a permanent ban from SNA, encompassing all associated online groups.
18. Account Sharing Prohibition: I acknowledge the SNA policy against sharing my login credentials with any individual, unless it involves my spouse or partner in the case of a joint enrollment ($497). With an understanding that the SNA software is equipped to detect instances of account sharing, I am fully aware that those found engaging in such activities will face expulsion from the SNA community.
19. Anti-"Woke" Stance: Recognizing SNA as a Private Member Association, I am aware of its stance against sympathizing with, or engaging in any form of "wokeness." I know it is the position of SNA that there exists only two genders: male and female, and that I agree to adhere strictly to the usage of pronouns associated solely with these two genders.
