Affiliate Terms of Use
Terms and Conditions for State National Academy's Donation Sharing Initiative
(DSI)
The following are the terms and conditions under which State National Academy (SNA) Members participate in the Donation Sharing Initiative (DSI). Participation in the DSI is voluntary, and all SNA Members who wish to participate must agree to the following terms.
SNA Affiliates
SNA Members who choose to participate in the DSI are referred to as SNA Affiliates. SNA Affiliates are not employees or representatives of State National Academy; instead, they are Members of State National Academy who have voluntarily chosen to participate in the DSI.
Donations and Tax Information
SNA only accepts donations. All donations are final and non-refundable. SNA Affiliates will not receive a 1099 or similar from SNA. Further, SNA does not provide legal or tax advice; this should not be construed as such.
Donation Sharing
SNA Affiliates will share ("earn") 30% of the initial donation made by those who join SNA through the Affiliate's unique referral link. After referring 10 people who become Members of State National Academy, SNA Affiliates will share in 40% of initial new member donations. After referring 20, SNA Affiliates will share in 50% of initial new member donations.
Cookie Policy
When the unique referral link of an SNA Affiliate is clicked, a cookie will be placed on the user's device. Cookies will remain active for a period of one year. Any initial donation made during the course of the year will be attributed to the referring Affiliate. If the Member clears their cookies during the year, SNA will do its best to share the appropriate donation if the Affiliate brings this to the attention of SNA. SNA always strives to operate with honor as it is one of our core values.
Last-Click Attribution:
Credit for a donation will be awarded to the SNA Affiliate whose referral link was most recently clicked by the new member before joining. For example, if Mary is referred by Joe, and clicks on Joe’s affiliate link, but later clicks on Matthew's link and joins, the credit will be given to Matthew, not Joe.
Intellectual Property Usage
State National Academy values and protects its brand, trademarks, logos, and promotional materials. Affiliates are granted limited permission to use State National Academy's intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting the Academy within the terms and conditions of the DSI. Any usage must be accurate, truthful, and in alignment with State National Academy's values and messaging.
Code of Conduct
Honor is a core value of State National Academy, and it’s expected that SNA Affiliates uphold this value in all their actions and communications when sharing State National Academy with others.
Termination
State National Academy reserves the right to terminate the participation of any SNA Affiliate, for any reason, specifically when an Affiliate is found to be operating outside of honor and integrity, misrepresenting themselves in an untrue manner, or engaging in activities that could potentially reflect negatively upon SNA and/or the movement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
As a Private Business Association, SNA operates independently of the jurisdiction that oversees corporate entities registered with the State Secretary of State. Affiliates agree to address and resolve any disputes or disagreements through internal means and procedures, using Biblical principals.
